Automatic Flat Finder
G2’s automatic flat finder automatically aligns 25 wafers in a cassette.
This easy-to-operate automatic flat finder system aligns wafers in an up/down configuration with a set roller speed to reduce particulate generation.
An optional 16 position switch is also available to accommodate 0, 3, 6, 45, 90, 135, 174, 177, 180, 225, 270, 315, 354 and 357 degrees.
This automatic flat finder can also accommodate multiple plastic, teflon and metal carriers, and include boat positioning blocks to ensure proper alignment.
The automatic flat aligner roller wheels are available in different types of material coatings.
