Anti-Vibration Wafer Cart
G2’s RetiRacks™ high performance anti-vibration wafer cart features several integrated shock-absorbing features allowing for safe transport of reticles.
The anti-vibration wafer cart shown is our electropolished stainless steel version constructed of Type 304 stainless steel that is strong and easy to keep clean. Stainless steel construction provides corrosion resistance and compatibility with strict clean room environments.
Wafer cassettes are held in custom-sized stainless steel rod racks on top and bottom. The racks are angled to securely transport plastic wafer cassettes.
The anti-vibration wafer cart is an ideal clean room cart with dual sided grab handles allows for easy maneuvering of the cart in constricted space areas. Smooth rolling, clean room-grade, locking swivel casters glide easily over various floor surfaces.
This product is made in the USA and comes standard with a lifetime workmanship warranty.
